7:00 p.m.
The Blowing Rock Planning and Zoning Board met on Thursday, March 20, 2008 for their regular scheduled meeting. Vice Chairperson Sweeting called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Members present were Ada Webster, Web Alexander, new members Debbie di Santi and Greg Grana. Staff members present were Planning Director Kevin Rothrock and Administrative Assistant Sherrie Pitts.
Without a quorum approval of the minutes was postponed to the April meeting.
New board members, Deborah di Santi and Gregory Grana, were installed to the Planning Board.
Mr. Rothrock gave an orientation and training slide presentation to the board members.
Ms. di Santi requested a watershed map for board members.
Mr. Rothrock advised the updated landscape ordinance would be given to members to update their Land Use Code books.
Mr. Rothrock gave a simple update on the Land Use Code revisions project. He also gave a brief statement on the Gideon Ridge Annexation rezoning process.
Adjourn
Mr. Grana made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Webster seconded the motion. All members were in favor of the motion.
With no further business the Planning Board adjourned at 8:09 PM.
