The Mayor and Board of Commissioners for the Town of Blowing Rock met in special session on Thursday, November 14, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. Present were Mayor J. B. Lawrence, Council Members Barbara Ball, Terry Lentz, Keith Tester, Rita Wiseman, David Wray, and Town Clerk Barbara Beach. The purpose of the meeting was to conduct interviews for the vacant position of Town Manager. Council convened in closed session for the interviews. At the conclusion of the interviews, and discussion of the applicants, the meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
