Volunteer Membership Application Requirements
1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Must live or work in the Blowing Rock Fire District.
3. Must have a valid NC drivers license
Application Process
- Complete and submit application to rescue squad.
- Attend two business meetings and a training session. Business meetings are second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (Daylight savings 7:30). Training Sessions are fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
- At second business members will vote on application for membership.
- If accepted for membership you will become a probationary member for one year. If you are not an EMT, yet you will be placed on as a provisional member.
