EMT of the Year - 2002

The Blowing Rock EMT of the Year award is determined and chosen by fellow rescue squad members. Lisa Froehlich was chosen and recognized for her willingness to respond to calls, excellent knowledge of medical emergencies, enthusiasm to train, dedication to the department, and always focusing on the positive. Lisa joined the rescue squad in 2001 and is now an EMT- Intermediate. Lisa is currently taking the Paramedic class and also works with Watauga MEDICS.
